Ten spheres of rule referenced are represented by correlating the 10 Commandments and LORD'S Prayer. 1-3 -FATHER, SON, and SPIRIT; the 4th, 5th, and 6th are limited delegations of power to Church, Court, and State; these three are then followed by the remaining four that are delegated to individuals: family, business, education and charity.
